LaTeX: y=4x^2+11x-3

$LaTeX: k=4h^2+11h-3=4\left(-\frac{11}{8}\right)^2+11\left(-\frac{11}{8}\right)-3$

$LaTeX: k=4\left(\frac{121}{64}\right)-\frac{121}{8}-\frac{24}{8}=\frac{121}{16}-\frac{145}{8}$

$LaTeX: k=\frac{121}{16}-\frac{290}{16}=-\frac{169}{16}$

$LaTeX: \left(h,\:k\right)=\left(-\frac{11}{8},\:-\frac{169}{16}\right)$
